    I use my knowledge of the pelvic floor and enhance your workouts and help make your recovery as smooth a possible.

  • Leaking

    We talk about where your leaking is coming from and the best approahes to help make it go away FOR GOOD! Leaking is not normal and doesn’t have to last long term after you have a baby!

  • One-on-One Care

    In a virtual setting you get so much more access to me! Whenever you have questions, I am easily available. I help set goals that are unique and specific to you! We check-in regularly to make sure you feel like you are making progress!

  • Nutrition

    We review your current diet, and find easy tweaks to help improve your gut health and optimize recovery!

  • Special Topics

    Suffering from back pain, diastasis recti, painful sex, or something else? Lets talk about some way exercise and pelvic floor education can give you tools to change your symptoms!
